Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, biocomputing) with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present findings to C-suite and board members through data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Prototype next-gen solutions in our R&D innovation lab
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology horizon scanning
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for prototyping
