- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for adaptive technology ecosystems
- Present future-vision narratives to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor teams in anticipatory design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record mapping technology trajectories beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, biotech, or climate AI
- Published research or patents in future technology systems
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or predictive modeling tools
