Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) to forecast 2026 industry shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen capabilities into core product ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to mitigate future disruption risks
- Establish innovation pipelines through partnerships with academic labs and startups
- Present visionary blueprints to investors and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparedness
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation programs
- Deep familiarity with exponential technology adoption curves
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ horizon-scanning frameworks implemented at scale
