Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with engineering and design teams
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future tech disruption and societal impact
- Build and mentor a specialized innovation lab focused on 5-10 year horizon technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse on future tech governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging technologies and translating trends into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum systems, neural interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile innovation environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., from futurists.org) or equivalent practical experience
