Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities post-2025
- Analyze global tech trends to inform product development pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic vision with market realities
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for emerging technology experiments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
