Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities
- Author white papers on sustainable tech adoption models
- Advise C-suite on disruptive technology investment strategies
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions for joint R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and governance
- Experience with quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Deep understanding of blockchain and decentralized systems
- Fluency in predictive modeling and scenario planning
