Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing for enterprise clients
- Facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite executives across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption and future-proofing strategies
- Manage R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and emerging quantum startups
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members to secure $50M+ innovation budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ case studies)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or spatial web
- Experience securing federal grants for DARPA or NSF technology initiatives
