- Mentor a team of 12 senior engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
