Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive leadership and investment committees
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future technology trajectories
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
- Present foresight findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or future studies with proven impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or technology roadmaps
- Experience advising C-level executives on strategic technology investments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
