Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology paradigms (2018-2023)
- Proven track record of implementing predictive technology roadmaps with $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and federated learning architectures
