Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2028 technology roadmap with 3-year predictive modeling
- Lead quantum computing integration projects for enterprise clients
- Coordinate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen AI safety protocols
- Manage $2M annual R&D budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Mentor junior futurists and publish industry thought leadership
- Represent company at Davos and Web Summit conferences
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 12 new filings/year)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2019-2023)
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing projects
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience managing international R&D teams
- Fluency in Mandarin and English for global partnerships
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration
