Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision for 2026, aligning with corporate strategic objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing technologies
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to measure future-readiness
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership on technology's impact on business and society
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future foresight
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
