Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 2026-relevant projects
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with global tech policy development (ITU, WEF, OECD)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools like Delphi and STEEP analysis
