Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership on future tech trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with long-term business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (demonstrated publications/presentations)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
