Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of executing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research on AI/quantum implications (preferred)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies in enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFTE)
