- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Present strategic frameworks at industry conferences and investor meetings
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-departmental innovation networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-forward solutions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
