- Develop patentable methodologies for ethical AI governance and quantum security
- Present annual 'State of 2026 Tech' briefings to Fortune 500 clients

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ C-suite roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record of launching >$100M tech initiatives
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain Tier 3 clearance
- Fluency in Python, Q# (Quantum), and strategic foresight methodologies
