Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Systems with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technology paradigms
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from prototype to $100M ARR
- Expertise in ISO 21400 standards for technology lifecycle management
- Security clearance or equivalent government tech credentials preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in quantum simulation platforms (IBM Q, D-Wave) and predictive analytics
