Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging tech opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption timelines
- Create predictive models for technology impact on business verticals and society
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong background in data science and predictive analytics
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning skills
- PhD or Master's degree in relevant field preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies
