Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints with venture partners and academic institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products (quantum/AI/IoT)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, biotech integration, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization successes
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
