Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR) and forecast their 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and competitive threats
- Author thought leadership content including whitepapers, industry reports, and keynote presentations
- Advise executive team on technology investments and portfolio allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory factors affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting and documenting emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or immersive tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for enterprise-scale organizations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
