Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and decentralized systems

- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI analysis
- Author white papers on emerging tech trends for industry publications
- Mentor a team of 8-12 specialized researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology projections from Gartner, WEF, or similar
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
