Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams to prototype next-gen digital experiences
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and neural interfaces
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in human augmentation systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology roles with 3+ years in futurist/innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends (demonstrated through published research)
- Deep technical knowledge across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technology transitions
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem and academic circles
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio of technology roadmaps or innovation frameworks implemented at scale
