- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-tech initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies' ethical and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurist roles with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech convergence
- Published research or patents in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term tech disruption scenarios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology predictions implementation
