Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Analyze emerging technology trends and their commercial viability
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and investors
- Secure $50M+ in government innovation grants and private funding
- Mentor junior researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international partnerships
- Portfolio of at least three commercialized innovations
