Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with company vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations and competitive threats in the 3-5 year timeframe
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Oversee the development of a dedicated 'Future Tech' incubation lab with $10M+ annual budget
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact (portfolio required)
