Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems

- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Author thought leadership on ethical technology deployment frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and carbon capture tech
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or EU Horizon Europe programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and scenario modeling tools
