Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and blockchain ecosystems
- Proven track record of influencing national/international tech policy
- Exceptional presentation skills with TED-level stage presence
- Certification in Future Studies from World Future Society
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred for global collaboration
