Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Develop scenario-planning models for technological disruption in key industries
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into corporate strategy
- Present findings to investors, policymakers, and industry thought leaders
- Manage cross-functional teams executing proof-of-concept projects
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on technology evolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
