Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3 and metaverse ecosystems
- Develop predictive models for societal impact of emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advise C-suite on technology adoption strategies and regulatory implications
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Establish industry partnerships for collaborative innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within global innovation communities (Davos, IEEE, etc.)
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method)
