- Proven track record in scaling distributed systems for 10M+ devices
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Google Quantum) and AI governance
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST AI RMF) for 2026 compliance
