Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with global market trends and company objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, biotech convergence)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into enterprise solutions
- Present technology foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior technologists in strategic innovation methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory shifts in tech ethics and sustainability frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation management
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
