- Drive implementation of carbon-negative data centers and sustainable tech solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants through NSF and Horizon Europe partnerships
- Develop patent portfolios for 2026 technology breakthroughs
- Present at Davos, CES, and Web Summit to shape global tech policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing or AI systems from prototype to production
- Experience securing federal EU/US innovation grants ($5M+ value)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, and Python
