Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
