Responsibilities
- Architect scalable tech roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI/ML and quantum applications
- Identify and validate emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business strategy
- Manage prototype development through MVP validation phases
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps practices
