Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps for quantum and AI convergence
- Lead pilot programs for next-gen sustainable computing solutions
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor relationships
- Present strategic proposals to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology adoption
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 tech frameworks
- Coordinate with global R hubs on cross-border tech standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Strong background in agile development for complex systems
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language
