Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives for AI-driven automation, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision concepts into scalable commercial products
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry pioneers for collaborative innovation
- Develop patent-pending technologies targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor junior talent in next-gen technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
