Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., published reports)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum/AI/blockchain
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive presentation and board communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
