Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop future-proof technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level stakeholders
- Produce white papers on disruptive technologies' market impacts
- Interface with R&D teams to align innovation with market readiness
- Advise on ethical implications of next-gen technologies
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of publishing future-tech thought leadership
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
