Responsibilities

- Present strategic tech briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published work in IEEE Future Directions or similar journals
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or biotech
- Experience with speculative design frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Proven track record of securing federal innovation grants
- Portfolio of 3+ future-tech prototypes deployed in production
