Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics) and develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present trend forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and assess their strategic implications for our industry
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record in translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Roadmapping preferred
