Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record deploying AI/quantum solutions in regulated industries
- Expertise in human-computer interaction design and ethical AI frameworks
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) or Neural Interface Systems
- Experience with federal tech policy and international tech governance bodies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (e.g., Q#)
