Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or decentralized identity systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on future technology paradigms
- Experience scaling tech innovation from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
