Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Present future-vision scenarios to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a portfolio of pre-2026 technology ventures with measurable KPIs
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global tech summits
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Portfolio of past innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
