Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global technology strategy with 7-figure R&D budget
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/IoT systems
- Identify and disrupt emerging market opportunities in Web4 and biotech convergence
- Present quarterly tech forecasts to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and DARPA
- Drive innovation through patent development (15+ annual filings target)
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon Labs' Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-computer interfaces
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Active membership in World Economic Forum's Global Futures Council
