Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026-2030 technology roadmap across quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech implementation
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global tech consortiums
- Present future tech vision to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor emerging engineers through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Author white papers on post-quantum cryptography and human augmentation ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products (quantum/AI/neural)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech standards bodies (IEEE Quantum, ISO AI Ethics)
- Published research in Nature/Science on scalable quantum computing or neural interfaces
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies with real-world impact
- Certification in Future Tech Ethics from Stanford or equivalent institution
