Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping next-gen interfaces and immersive experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends with 3-5 year impact analysis
- Architect scalable frameworks for decentralized systems and Web3 infrastructure
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on tech adaptation pathways
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development cycles
- Partner with academic institutions on emerging tech research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 tech predictions with measurable outcomes
