Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2035 horizon
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Architect next-gen digital ecosystems for Fortune 500 clients
- Present futures analysis to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Pioneer industry standards through white papers and conference keynotes
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-disciplinary innovation teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI alignment, quantum cryptography, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
