Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with global impact potential
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in autonomous systems and neural networks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into corporate DNA
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ in future-focused roles
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI alignment
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Deep familiarity with global tech policy landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
