Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026 technology trends, identifying paradigm shifts in AI ethics, quantum applications, and neurotech integration
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across healthcare, climate tech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions, including quantum-resistant security frameworks and AGI governance systems
- Conduct market viability assessments for 2026-ready technologies, evaluating regulatory and scalability implications
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and investment committees, driving technology portfolio decisions
- Build cross-functional innovation labs connecting academia, startups, and enterprise partners
- Author thought leadership on the societal impact of 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development frameworks
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products with 5+ year market horizons
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns and S-curve adoption models
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption scenarios
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
